Q: What is your shipping process and how long does shipping take?


A: All orders are shipped via Canadapost within canada and USPS or UPS in the US. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed. Once processed, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days for Canada and 5-10 business days for US orders (priority shipping is available).

Q: What is your return policy?


A: We offer 7 days from the original purchase date to exchange all unworn items at the manager’s discretion. NO REFUNDS exchange and store credit only. All accessories, shoes, swimwear, outerwear, and items that are discounted are final sale. All out-of-state returns must be processed by email at box26label.com.

Q: Do you restock items?


A: Yes, all restocks are announced on Instagram and tiktok @ box26label. Tip: Turn on post notifications to be notified of any restocks.

Q: When are new arrivals available?


A: We launch new arrivals every 2 weeks Saturday morning at 12pm. Behind the scenes and live videos are posted on tiktok

Q: Can items be picked up in the store?


A: Yes, You can pick it up any time during business hours. You must show your photo ID and form of payment to the sales associate for order pick up. No alternate pick-up person at this time..No Exceptions.

RETURN: 

If your item is returned to us, we can re-ship your item, but an invoice has to be sent for the re-shipment fee.

If a customer wants to return any items, they are responsible for all postage fees.
