A: All orders are shipped via Canadapost within canada and USPS or UPS in the US. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed. Once processed, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days for Canada and 5-10 business days for US orders (priority shipping is available).

A: We launch new arrivals every 2 weeks Saturday morning at 12pm. Behind the scenes and live videos are posted on tiktok
Q: Can items be picked up in the store?
A: Yes, You can pick it up any time during business hours. You must show your photo ID and form of payment to the sales associate for order pick up. No alternate pick-up person at this time..No Exceptions.

If your item is returned to us, we can re-ship your item, but an invoice has to be sent for the re-shipment fee.
